Section 9. REFUND, CANCELLATION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

9.1 Refund Position

Challenge Fees are strictly non-refundable. This policy is consistent with Section 2.4 of the TOS and is the User's exclusive remedy specification in respect of fees paid.

9.2 Limited Refund Exceptions (Discretionary)

FutureFunding may, at its sole discretion, consider refund in the following circumstances:

  • (a) Duplicate transaction debited by the payment gateway (refund of duplicate leg, within 7–10 business days);
  • (b) Fee debited but evaluation access never provisioned due to a Company-side technical error and not rectifiable;
  • (c) Order placed by a person subsequently found to be a minor (KYC reversed).

In each case, refund (if granted) shall be processed to the original source of payment within statutory timelines, net of irrecoverable payment-gateway charges.

9.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback in breach of these Terms shall be treated as a material breach. The User shall reimburse the chargeback amount, gateway penalty, and reasonable legal costs. The account shall be suspended pending dispute resolution.

9.4 Dispute Window

Any payment-related dispute must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date, failing which the transaction shall be deemed accepted.
