Section 8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
8.1 Prohibited Practices (Platform Integrity)
The following practices are prohibited because they corrupt Platform integrity and the fairness of skill evaluation:
Data exploitation
- Examples: Quote-stuffing, exploiting feed delays, tick-latency arbitrage, race-condition exploitation against the matching engine
Account-perimeter abuse
- Examples: Multiple-account hedging, mirror positions across cohorts, coordinated trading across Demo Pro Accounts
Identity abuse
- Examples: Account-passing services, multi-identity onboarding, KYC fraud, payment-source mismatches
Automation abuse
- Examples: Unapproved bots, EAs, copy services, programmatic order entry without written consent
Off-platform copy
- Examples: TradingView signal replication, Telegram/Discord signal copy intended to game evaluation
Circumvention scalping
- Examples: Sub-second order-cancel cycles or micro-tick farming designed to subvert evaluation intent
Manipulation-style behaviour
- Examples: Spoofing, layering, wash trading patterns that misrepresent skill
8.2 Acceptable Use
The User shall use the Platform only for the permitted services, in good faith, with reasonable care, and consistent with sound trading practice. The User shall not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other Users' use of the Platform.
8.3 Surveillance
FutureFunding employs real-time and post-hoc surveillance, behavioural-analytics, and pattern-matching. Suspect activity triggers automatic compliance review under Section 3.4(c).
8.4 Consequences
In addition to remedies in Section 2 and Section 3:
- Account suspension pending review;
- Forfeiture of pending Stipends and Challenge Fee balance;
- Permanent ban;
- Reporting to broker, exchange, FIU-IND, SEBI (via broker), and law enforcement;
- Civil suit for damages and injunctive relief;
- Criminal complaint where warranted (IPC Section 415 cheating, Section 420 fraud, IT Act Section 66, PMLA, where applicable).
