Section 12. AFFILIATE & REFERRAL PROGRAMME TERMS

12.1 Eligibility

Affiliates must accept a separate Affiliate Agreement, complete KYC, and warrant that they will not:

  • (a) Make any promise of discretionary performance rewards, profits, or income on behalf of FutureFunding;
  • (b) Hold themselves out as employees, agents, or partners of FutureFunding;
  • (c) Provide investment advice to prospective Users;
  • (d) Use misleading creatives or unverified performance claims;
  • (e) Spam, run paid-search arbitrage on FutureFunding's trademarks, or operate look-alike domains.

12.2 Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly disclose the commercial relationship under ASCI Guidelines on Influencer Advertising, 2021 and applicable consumer-protection rules.

12.3 Termination

Material breach by an Affiliate is grounds for immediate termination, forfeiture of accrued stipends, and recovery of mis-paid sums.
