Future Funding offers skill-based assessment programs designed to assess trading proficiency. Participation requires payment of a non-refundable SaaS Fee (Software License Fee). Successful completion of an assessment, as determined by Future Funding in its sole discretion based on predefined criteria, may lead to an offer for Performance-Based Incentives, such as access to a contractor trading account.
There is no guarantee of reward. All incentives are discretionary and subject to adherence to our trading guidelines and risk management policies.
4. No Investment or Advisory Services
Future Funding is not a broker, portfolio manager, or investment advisor. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or manage client funds. Our Services are for educational and assessment purposes only. We do not solicit or accept public investments.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activities, attempting to manipulate assessment results, or violating any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Future Funding or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Future Funding does not guarantee any specific outcomes, profits, or success from participation in its programs. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
All traders participating in Future Funding programs are explicitly informed that no public or external funds are used. All trading activities take place in company-owned demo or assessment accounts only, designed solely to assess a trader’s skills and discipline. Future Funding does not promise or guarantee any profits, and trading outcomes are entirely dependent on individual skill, discipline, and prevailing market conditions. Participation in the program or passing the assessment does not confer any right to capital or profits.
All participants acknowledge that trading, even in simulated or company-controlled accounts, involves inherent risks, and Future Funding is intended strictly for skill development and assessment purposes. The company assumes no liability for public funds, and all trading activities are fully controlled and self-contained. Any guidance, tutorials, or suggestions provided by Future Funding are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. All assessment fees (SaaS/Software License Fees) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Traders must adhere to all program rules and maintain proper discipline, and Future Funding reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms or engage in unethical trading practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Funding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
