• Market Risk: Prices of financial instruments can be highly volatile and unpredictable. Market conditions can change rapidly.
• Leverage Risk: Trading with leverage can magnify both potential profits and potential losses. Small market movements can have a large impact on your trading account.

3. Assessment Program Risks

Participation in the Future Funding assessment program involves specific considerations:

• Non-Refundable SaaS Fee: The assessment fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you pass or fail the assessment, or for any other reason.
• No Guarantee of Funding/Incentive: Successfully completing an assessment does not automatically guarantee access to a contractor account. Future Funding retains sole discretion in offering such opportunities based on performance and adherence to its criteria.
• Performance Targets: Assessments have specific performance targets and risk parameters. Failure to meet these means failing the assessment.

4. Proprietary Trading Account Risks

If you are granted access to trade with Future Funding's proprietary capital:

• You will be trading the firm's capital, not your own.
• You will be subject to strict risk management rules and trading guidelines. Violation of these rules can lead to termination of trading access and forfeiture of any accrued performance incentives.
• Performance incentives are discretionary and based on net profits generated, subject to the terms of your agreement with Future Funding.
