1. Assessment Program Fee

Future Funding offers skill-based trading assessment programs. To participate in an assessment program, you are required to pay a one-time SaaS Fee (Software License Fee) as specified on our website at the time of registration.

This assessment fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Nature of the Fee

The assessment fee covers the cost of accessing our assessment platform, tools, resources, and the administrative costs associated with processing your application and monitoring your performance during the assessment period.

By paying the assessment fee, you acknowledge and agree that you are paying for the opportunity to participate in a skill assessment program and that the fee is not contingent upon your performance, success in the assessment, or any subsequent offer of a performance-based incentive or funded account.

3. No Guarantee of Success or Reward

Future Funding makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding your success in the assessment program or the likelihood of receiving a performance-based incentive or access to a contractor trading account. All incentives are discretionary and based solely on merit and adherence to our assessment criteria and trading guidelines.

The non-refundable nature of the fee remains irrespective of whether you pass or fail the assessment, complete the assessment, or are offered an incentive.

4. Acknowledgement

By proceeding with the payment of the assessment fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. You acknowledge that the fee is non-refundable and that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to pass the assessment.
• Decision to withdraw from the assessment program.
• Technical issues on your end.
• Dissatisfaction with the assessment program or its outcomes.
• Changes in personal circumstances.

5. Chargebacks

Attempting to initiate a chargeback for the non-refundable assessment fee may result in the termination of your access to our Services and potential legal action to recover the fee and associated costs.
